Am having similar problem with my 1280 spongeless carts.  Would you be king enought to outline your process for flushing inks and cleaning poppet valves?  Thanks.

I would simply toss the carts and replace them with the spongeless carts
rather than clean the poppet valves.  The sponge carts really are a terrible
design.   You are lucky you have an alternative....

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
