Digital BW, The Print

I just installed my UT7 inks in my 2200 and the printer "empty 
indicator" light for the LM position comes on. When I replace that 
cartridge with the UC LM the light goes off. Is this another one of 
those MIS poor quality control issues? If not, why is this happening?

Hi Steve.... I had the same problem last week, with an LM cart I'd ordered within the last 
couple months.  To complicate matters, I was installing UT7 inks into a "new" used 2200 
I'd just bought.  As it happened, I had an older LM cart (one of the non-translucent ones), I 
installed that and it worked.  Rob, from MIS tech support, sent me a replacement for the 
cart that didn't work.
