Web site feedback (off topic)

Web site feedback (off topic)

2005-06-17 by Arthur Fink

I'd welcome feedback on my initial web site, and on some other pages that
will be incorporated into it.

Please note that these are just the images for the web site, and that most
text is not yet included! Although it doesn't say "under construction",
that really is the case.

The 'fish' and 'dancers' pages contain black and white images, that I print
on an Epson 3000 with MIS UT-FS ink. The rest of these images are color.

I assume that responses should come directly to me -- not to the list.

Gimp printing on Epson C86

2005-06-18 by Richard Nagle

Okay, have gimp 2.2.x installed, for MAC OS X 10.3.9
got my epson printer C86 ( CYMK )installed, and my Nikon coolpix camera software
installed too...

Now, my colorsync software preferences profiles are as follows.

RGB Default = Nikon sRGB 4.0.0.3000
CMYK Defalut = Nikon CMYK 4.0.0.3000
    Gray Default = NikonGrayG1.8 v4.0.0.3000

Now for the $64.00 dollar question,
do I tell Gimp to use the Nikon defaults,
or do I tell Epson printer to use the nikon defaults,
or is there something else???

Thanks ++
Rick
