Mothballing printers.

Hi folks. This should probably be addressed to Tyler, Ernst or Paul Rourk but includes all. I will be leaving for as long as a couple of months soon and have 2 printers I need to care for. The 1st, a 7000, still has dye inks in it and I will be be pulling those and flushing the printer and will leave it that way until I can load pigs into it for use. The other is a 3000 with VM carts. I would rather not transport prepare it if I can avoid it so am wondering if it would work to leave it turned on but on a timer that switched power to it for 15-20 minutes a day. I know that works with the smaller printers as I used the technique on my old 1200s and it was fine. I don't know if it works in the same way on the 3000 though. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Regards Duane
