Do you checked "Black Point Compensation"

Dear fellow members that own C86 with EZ B&W inksets; when "Convert to Gray Gamma 2.2" profile, which "Rendering Intent" should I select and also to check or uncheck "Black point compensation"? Thank in advance! John
