I see the roller dent in my heavier papers and in canvas. Releasing the
feed roller when you are finished printing but don't want to unfeed the
paper seems to prevent the roller marks. I also found really cheap green
double-sided velcro at Home Depot that works great as a strap to hold
the paper tight on the roll whether in or out of the printer.

Subject: [Digital BW] 7600 roller marks

I've been printing with a PermaJet Alpha 24" roll in the 7600 recently
and have noticed that if the paper sits loaded in the printer for very
long the rollers leave in impression in the paper. I have never noticed
this with EEM, UltraSmooth, or Premium Semimatte (which are the other
papers that I use in rolls).

Have 7600/9600 users noticed this with other papers?
