Dear all,

I use it often, but I don't see a real increase in noise. I even leave 
USM on, but change the settings per photo. I am very careful with 
sharpening though, my orginal RWA's are unsharpened (no sharpening in 
camera), and then I use smart sharpen in CS2 while keeping an eye on 
noise. I can imagine that once your noise comes above a certain level, 
PZP will increase it.

In my experience it is a great programme, but you have to change 
settings for indivual pictures, as you have to do with any imaging 
software, and you have to see to it that your original picture doesn't 
have much noise.
