Digital BW, The Print

I loaded Eboni into the 2400 (using the Epson chip), and it seems to be
working fine.  The measured dmax is a bit lower than UC MK, but it's a
cooler black, so it often looks deeper than the Epson MK.  As far as
smoothness is concerned, the Eboni patch I printed on EEM looks smoother
than the UC MK patch.  The best dmax I've seen with Eboni is 1.66 with
Velvet Fine Art media type selected.  MK hits 1.69 with this and 1.7 with
EEM selected for EEM.  Eboni with EEM media type selected is about 1.64.

Paul-  I have consistently found the MK uneven on the EEM, but very 
smooth on the VFA.

Eboni is weaker than UC MK on EEM/EAM but performs much better on the
thicker "fine art papers" eg HPR
