Digital BW, The Print

I am thinking of replacing my HP S20 film scanner with a Acer Scanwit 2720.
I don't use 35mm for any serious images. I use it more like a sketchbook
before I go and shoot 4x5. The HP S20 has been fine but doesn't seem all
that sharp and most scans seem to be more grainy than I think they should.

I appreciate any and all comments about the scanwit.

If you are interested, I have the 2740 (same as the 2720 but it also 
has the Digital ICE) that I am getting ready to list on eBay. It was 
a present that I have barely used since I use my Sprintscan 4000 for 
35mm - but the ICE is nice for those "rough" negs. Contact me off
