You may have tried this, but if not, it might help. Get rid of the files that were installed (if any) Access the install CD through file manager (Windows Explorer) Do a search of the entire disk for the needed file. Copy the file to your desktop. Run the install and when asked, direct it to your desktop. Without sitting down in front of your computer, can't really come up with anything else--I hope this helps.
