I am looking for some information on inks. I will be setting up an
epson 980 for black and white printing.
I have looked at piezography for inks and WOW, what a price.
Are there anyother inks that will do the same job, fine art, for a
lower price?
I want to get away from the cartridge.

thanks

I just bought a Epson C86 to begin my B&W printing. I've purchased
the Epson archival matte paper. I'm looking at MIS inks, they seem
to be the cheapest and easy to use (no extra software). I don't
want to spend hundreds of dollars swifting through all the differant
inks. If someone could direct me in the right direction, or at
least a starting point, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you
Jeff

Jeff,

You might want to start here, and in particular, at the bottom of the page
with information about refill carts.

You'll find more links there.

Thanks for the reply Daniel. The info was great and I'm sure I'll have more
questions down the road. Thanks Jeff
