Digital BW, The Print

Hello All,

I am an amateur photographer and pretend to be as serious about 
photography as in my day-job (quite to my wife's dismay). After 
months of study (and years of waiting), I just ordered an Epson 
R2400 with the primary intention of producing B&W prints. My 
question to you renowned experts is the following. 

With print quality as the primary criteria, I was wondering what the 
tradeoffs are for using the MIS K4 color inks for B&W prints 
compared to using the Epson K3 ink. I am interested in the color 
inks only as I would like to have the option of toning the print 
occasionally. I am interested in the quality of color prints too. I 
intend to print on matt papers, EVFA, HPR or Moab Entrada. Along 
with print quality, I would also appreciate your opinion on ease of 
use and cost. Btw, with amateur use I would not be printing nearly 
as much as most of you guys.
