Digital BW, The Print

I've been reading that the Epson driver cannot deal with more then 360dpi of
the image resolution,and trows away any exceeding,and that the Piezo one can
hold it all.Is it true?  Well,360 dpi resolution seems enough,but depending
on the print size I could go to 720...
