This site has PS actions for just about everything you can imagine.  The 
actions for toning are amazing.

Three different grays, three different sepias, platinum and selenium just to 
name a few.

I tried this out just now. The sepia did great things to the photo
on their website but did not make my B&W image look at all sepia.
I'm wondering what I am doing incorrectly.

No. Greyscale mode.

OK.  Switching my B&Ws to RGB solved the problem.
Now the seipa tones work perfectly.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
