For some time I've been annoyed that I must load one sheet at a time of Velvet Fine Art of 8.5X11 in the rear of my R1800. This is what the manual and the printer driver tell you to do with this paper. Today I tried placing the paper in my normal front sheet load area and it worked just fine! Anyone know why Epson wants it placed in the rear loading device? Best Ginny

Look carefully at the first and last inch of printing. The rear fed sheet will have less banding in those areas. Best regards, John Moody
