Digital BW, The Print

This afternoon I was experimenting with the new Epson 10000 that my 
company purchased for presentation work. I printed a image of 
Monument Valley that I have printed many times with the Piezo driver 
at 1440 dpi on H. Torchon.

I was very impressed by the result. With reading glasses I could not 
see dots! Tones were smooth, gradations were smooth and the overall 
print was absolutely neutral in color.

Tonight I will put the black only 10000 print next to a MIS Fs print 
and see how they compare. But, what this means is that Epson 
technology is getting much better, especially in the highlights where 
black only prints were very course.
