I tried it last fall. It works, but the results were very poor due to
very coarse dot pattern. Roy said that subsequent versions have
better 2400 handling, but I've been too busy to test it. I hope to get
back to it some day, but I don't use QTR normally so haven't kept up
with the latest versions.

I have hope that the 2400 can be made to work. Right now I"m using an
R200 for BO but am limited to letter size, but I do my proofing with
it (in BO mode) and it saves a lot on ink costs. I paid $79 for it so
it has probably already paid for itself in that alone.
