Yes you can use a custom monitor profile with Elements (in fact, Elements 
insists on using a monitor profile whether you have a custom one or not). No 
Elements itself won't calibrate your monitor... and Adobe's "Adobe Gamma" utility 
for visual calibration is NOT recommended for use with LCDs.
