But the user in question cites the R1800 which has no bulk feed; the carts sit directly on the print heads, and initial install waste is limited to the tiny amount used to fill the heads, and that passed through in ensuring that the heads are primed and running properly. Not in the same category as the wideformat Epsons with their bulk feed systems. But then, the R1800 carts are tiny, so the loss is somewhat magnified by that. C.
