FibaGloss and UT7

FibaGloss and UT7

Has anyone tried the Innova FibaGloss on with the UT7 inks? If so,
what curve did you use?

I was thinking of trying both the Ilford Pearl and Epson Semigloss
curves. Would this be off-base?

Thanks, Steve

Steve,
I have just begun with a 1280 and the UT2 inks. I have tried with the
Epson premium semigloss curve and got pretty good results (step wedge
only so far). I have also tried with qtr which also shows some
promise. I am having some other issues right now which is slowing down
progress, but the basic look is promising. (d max of 2.2 using eboni
curves). Hopefully I can get this squared away and start making some
prints.
Anyway, I would recommend trying both curves, and see what you like.

Once you find a curve that gives the tones you want, I recommend you try
stuffing it into an ICC with Create ICC-RGB. See
