SP7800 & qtr

I've had a good experience with qtr and an Epson 4000. I have now changed to an SP7800 and cannot get a print out of it. Nor can I find any instructions in the qtr website about the workflow. As there are no printer specific settings in qtr I am at a loss about the error message I get: 'mismatch error make sure that the ink and carridge and driver settings match' How? I am using the full K3 inkset with Matte Black. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong or let me know where full instructions are for this particular printer? many thanks John White
