Online Print Service, 3 Questions

I've never had a B&W print. Never. However, that does not mean that I want to settle for second best or lower quality just because I'm a begginer in B&W. I will do my own B&W prints at home at some point in the distant future. Untill then, I need to use an online service to upload my pre-processed B&W files and let them mail me the prints. In very general, broad terms, what type of paper slash printer combination should I look for in my hunt for an excellent online B&W digital printing service. I will do all conversions and processing in Photoshop CS2. So I just want them to print without touching my files. 1) do you recommend the paper to be a color paper or a B&W paper 2) do you recommend a frontier type process or a lightjet type process 3) do you recommend a process that requests my files in RGB or in greyscale I want what most people want 1) great sharpness 2) great contrast 3) great DMax (whatever that means) 4) great neutralness 4b) pop off the paper 3D lifelike awesomeness 5) and what ever else most pros want in their B&W prints 6) ...yes I understand that an online print service will not yield as good results but I'd like to get as close as possible I do indeed appreciate your opinion Eddie
