Just load the inks, choose a media setting that doesn't clog the shadows
excessively, read the 225 patch color target (called High Quality Target), print
the one page target, read the patches, then build the profile. If you want to
open the shadows further, then use the advanced slider with a positive value in
the shadow detail section. It takes the software longer to calculate a
grayscale inkset's profile than a color inkset, so don't panic when it "freezes" in
the calculation process, this is normal, it will come out of it once the
calculations are complete. Once you have your profile for the UT-3D inks with that
paper and printer, you can use it with the Photoshop Custom Proof setup option
to adjust your (RGB format) image to tint it, if you aren't looking for
neutral results.

Just noticed that in your subject line, but not your body text, you had said
"QTR"... thats a different process, and consists of printing the
linearization chart, and the QTR Create ICC chart, from QTR, reading them in from the
tools menu's patch reading function, with the log feature set to (respectively)
QTR Linerization, or CreateICC settings... Don't try to build a PrintFIX PRO
profile from such measurements, thats not what they are for.

But definately try what I noted earlier, for profiling the Epson driver for
your UT-3D inks, and see what you think of that result.
