I've ordered from theses folks.  The carts were for an HP Designjet printer.  The inks were definitely not HP.  I think the carts were made in China, and are not authentic HP.  But, they work just fine.  I don't know if the carts actually infringe on any HP copy rights.  These were advertised as 'compatible', not HP.

I think the important thing is that it appears Claria carts have been
hacked already.
