Good response from Red River

Good response from Red River

2007-04-06 by Richard Smallfield

Hi,
just a note to say that I emailed Red River to see if they could provide sample sheets of one of their papers - Aurora Natural - and they got straight back to me and said they's send a couple of sheets of both types of Aurora if I sent my address.

What a help - who can afford to buy whole boxes of paper that might not be suitable?

I just ordered a box of my favorite paper and was rushed when
ordering and accidently ordered a different one.....so I emailed them
to change the order. They wrote back within an hour and had it fixed.
I'm also very happy with Red River.

Hawk Mountain also provides a very nice sample package at a reasonable price
(see their website).

There may not be too many up sides to living in Dallas, but I can count Red
River as one of a few good things. It's a short drive from my studio and
they have what I need.
