Me! And I haven't upgraded to CS3. And I didn't buy Bibble after reading the 
Bibble forums! But I did buy LightRoom after reading the LightRoom forums 
and watching some tutorials. And I haven't bought Vista (or OSX).

Perhaps if I could buy these things for half price like you do in the 
States, I wouldn't spend so much time researching. C'est la vie!
