Digital BW, The Print

Hi-

Am I missing something, or is Epson Heavyweight Matte not a paper option in
the 2400?  Pretty funny they sell the large paper but never mention it?

I'm not familiar with that particular paper but Epson has recently renamed all of their papers.  
e.g. Enhanced Matte is now Ultra Premium Presentation Paper.  You can work from the new 
names back to the old names on their website but I haven't found a way to work from old to 
new.  I suppose there is a very smug and clever person in marketing we can thank for that.

Check the manufacturer's site. They may provide instructions and
perhaps an icc profile.

Old names?  New names?  In Australia Epson still sells "Archival Matte" instead of "Enhanced 
Matte"!

"Premium Presentation Paper Matte" is the new U.S. name for "Matte Paper - Heavyweight".  It 
even has the same product code...

Does the Epson driver think the Photo Black ink is installed?  If so it won't put the matte 
papers in the list.

I remember that being an issue with the 2100.
