Thanks for help on Aust Epson R230

Thanks for help on Aust Epson R230

2007-09-27 by Ronald K. Johnson

Thanks for the help, read the archives and seems like the R230 similar
to R220. The R230 is being replaced in oz with R250 so I took a punt
and got me the R230.
I have a available a chip resetter for the R230 so as soon as I have
set-up and played with the printer will be looking for MIS inks.
Will need advice as best set-up for BW printing from CS2 using existing
inks (6 tanks).
Thanks again from down under.

The R250 is totally different, it's using 4 ink cart. unlike R200,
R210, R220 and R230 printers are using 6 individual colour ink
cartridges:

Best set-up for your R230(same as R220)and CS2 using MIS inks is with
Paul Roark's workflow:

1. R220 - R2

2. R220 - UT-3D

Hope this helps

John
