quadtone rip profiles missing

I'm using a pc with Epson 3800 and having trouble getting the profiles I need in order to print properly (QTR rgb lab, QTR rgb Matte, & QTR rgb photo). My teacher said I need to convert profiles in Photoshop before printing but none of these profiles appear. Any clues? Thanks. I've already downloaded twice.
