solution found: can now load heavy stock in my Epson R220

A while back I posted a question here on what to do about my Epson R220 not accepting Moab Kayenta paper. Many helpful suggestions were offered, and I appreciated all of them - but no luck. I ended up buying a product at Office Dept: the 'inket printer cleaning kit' for about $10.95. It consists of three soft sheets of paper, impregnated with a cleaning fluid, each one sealed in a foil envelope. There's also some foam swabs, pointed on one end and round on the other, and a small bottle of cleaning fluid. I used one of the sheets, ran it through my printer about three times, and all is well. The paper smelled of isopropyl alcohol, which was one of the suggestions made, but this paper was more heavily soaked than what I did. Also, there may have been some other agents in the soaking material as well. The directions said signs of cleaning may not be evident on the paper, which was the case as I could see no marks on the surface. But it was explained that some substances causing trouble are not necessarily visible. Anyway, fwiw, I pass this on and hope it helps somebody down the road.
