Printer not printing after install of MIS inks using QTR

hello all, I am sorry but I had to cross post this on the QTR site because I need to get this settled hopefully this evening. I ran some test prints using epson OEM inks and the QTR. All was well. I switched out the OEM inks with the MIS 3K inks, tried to print thru QTR and nothing printed. The red printer light is on and has not gone off since I installed the MIS 3K inks. The prints go into the printeing qeue(sp?) and spool up fine. The Epson printer screen tells me that the printer is not hooked up propberly and to check connections...it is hooked up fine.
