Digital BW, The Print

My digital camera is a Canon Digital IXUS Wireless.  It came with a 
software named Zoom Browser Ex.  When I connect the camera to my 
computer an HP Pavilion PC using Vista Home Premium, I can download the
photos taken without any problem,  However, when I try to edit them,
to enhance them, using ZoomBrowser Exe, I always receive the same
message that THERE IS NO PREVIEW AVAILABLE.  Have tried everything
within my capacity to make the famous preview available, but can not
find how to do it.  
Have tried to update the software and it is the latest version.
Have checked VISTA compatibility, and it is compatible. If I use
instead of ZoomBrowser Exe another software, it works, like using
Windows Photo Gallery.

Please help me to understand where is the problem and how to solve it.
