Replying to Spam

Replying to Spam

2008-06-24 by skefford_1

Why oh why do people have to not only reply to spam, but also include
the whole of the original text?

Don't they see that they are not only encouraging spammers, but also
doing their work for them?

Baffled :-(

What are you talking about?

If it's the Sierra endorsement (which was accidentally replied to our
list), it clearly wasn't spam as the recipient's full name was
included in the message itself. Sierra Club does not spam people-
their policies for getting on their lists are actually rather strict.

Hopefully we can end this discussion here and get back to printing.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
