Chinese or Remanufactured Epson Carts

Chinese or Remanufactured Epson Carts

2008-12-29 by outdoornm

Hi folks,

Has anyone tried the Chinese ink carts that MIS sells on it's site? I like to use only pigment
inks but at $5- a pop they look interesting for non-photographic purposes. Will these cheap
carts foul up your printer?

Also, I have seen remanufactured Epson carts from www.inkgrabber.com that are almost as
cheap as the chinese carts. Has anyone used these remanufactured carts? I'm not quite sure
what 'remanufactured' means, but perhaps they are refilled original carts. If that is true, I
would think they would do less damage to your printer than the dye-base Chinese carts
might.

Your thoughts would be appreciated,

Lincoln

For day to day stuff I have been
using the cheapo carts from Inkgrabber
for years in my Epson 1280 with no problems.

I use only OEM carts in my
Epson 2400 for my real customers,
