Digital BW, The Print

Hello,

I've been using digital alongside film for a number of years and 
finally making the switch over to digital.

My question is can someone recommend an A3 print for which is capable 
of using fibre paper for a budget of around 400 – 500 pounds. I'd also 
like people's preferred  options for purchasing printer  paper.

Finally I'd like some recommendations on processing labs for B&W 
printing.
