Hi Della,

That is a good practice unless you purchased it from Comp USA, I had that
happen to me and they said they would not accept returns after 14 days.

| Mark,
|
| Save yourself the aggrevation and return the cartridge. I try many
| new materials. I have a habit of digital compulsions! But let me
| advise you this. Never buy one set when you try a new product. Always
| buy the same amount of supplies that you would keep on hand in your
| usual event of working. You would not have only one black cartridge
| and then order a new one when you run out! Of course not. You would
| probably keep an extra or perhaps you will have 2 or 3 on a shelf.
|
| So you should try new materials this way. You have a defective black
| cartridge. This is obvious. If you bought 2 or 3 you would be
| returning this one. Installing a second and not struggling and
| attempting to make something work. Your time is more valuable than
| this. Do you see?

[Digital BW] Re: First time user of MIS ink cartridge needs help

2002-02-13 by dellaellingson

John,

I do not like compUSA. I often think that many of the items I buy
there have already been returned once. THey are plastic qwrapped. But
when I get home and open, the inside packaging is opened. I hate this
so much it makes me mad.
