Goodbye :-)

Goodbye :-)

2002-02-14 by SKID Photography

It appears to me that this list is not longer about an open exchange of
information.

It was fun while it lasted. I learned a lot, but it seems that it's time for me
to go. Perhaps some of us will meet again on other lists.

Perhaps what people are looking for is useful information based on *real*
experience with the products/companies/processes being discussed/debated.

Harvey-

This explains your comments in your email.

Maybe you should just lurk for a while rather than leave... then we
won't have to "welcome" you back... I think if you peruse the other
lists, you will find them much less sophisticated and/or challenging.

Come on...admit it... this forum was MADE for you and you are
flourishing here... just give Martin the word and he will delete your
earlier message.

Harvey, your style of contribution will be missed. I
still remember forwarding out the story of your
companies name. hilarious.
I originally posted the "Running into Inkjet work"
post to express my surprise and excitement of the
growing proliferation of our unique artform into
everyday life. It obviously turned into something
else, but that's exactly what makes these forums so
great. These threads evolve and grow and branch into
new and sometimes difficult subject matters. I
learned a lot, as I'm sure many others did concerning
the issues surrounding what to name our prints. A
person with your experience and conviction helps
forums such as this.
The forum with many opinions will always prove more
valuable than a forum with limited opinions.
 Please reconsider.

 Daniel

Has it occurred to anyone that all these "Harvey we'll miss you" won't be
seen by him, since he's left the list? Perhaps also sending them to him in
an email might better serve the purpose?

Come on, Austin... you KNOW he won't be able to resist logging on to
the web just to see them <g>.

At least I hope he does...
