Digital BW, The Print

First time I've tried this paper... I tried loading a single sheet in the single sheet feeder in back as well as the normal sheet loading slot. I sprayed some alcohol on a water color paper and ran that through, with no luck. What happens is that the paper simply shoots right through.

I was also trying to load some 5 x 7 paper in the single sheet paper but the adjustable slider won't slide over to that smaller size. Tried in the normal sheet feeder but no luck.

Any suggestions? I was looking forward to using this paper with my 3MK setup. Thanks in advance!

Clarification: when I say the paper shoots right through I mean the Alise. The cleaning paper is supposed to do that.
