Steven,
I guess it really is a small planet. Yes, I know
Kenny. (his last name is spelled Osthimer, BTW)
and he is the local platinum guru. I'm actually
working on a project for him. I'm ever soooo
sloooowly teaching myself to make enlarged
digital negs for his platinum printing. He wasn't
happy with his wet process enlarged negs, so he
made an 11x14 adapter for his 8x10 camera. He's
now working on, I believe, an 8x20. I need to
hurry up and make him some negs if only to save
him from himself. So, I'd be real interested in
seeing your Lens Work print. Maybe I'll bring my
one feeble attempt down for "Show and Tell".
Yes, the exchange includes several VM prints
using Paul's curves. Paul included a sample of
his new sepia mix. Very intriguing.
The 9th or the 10th works for me. There might be
a couple more people from up here interested in
coming down as well. I hope there's enough
interest to make it worth your while to put this
together.
