Hi Paul,
I'm currently running an 1160 with Piezo. I have a second 1160/CIS combo
sitting idle in a box. Can you foresee any problems running a piezo 1160 and
MIS 1160 on the same PC? The new MS inks look darn cheap compared to Piezo,
but I like the piezo look. Running the two machines would give me a chance
to test the inks side by side.

I'm running 2 1160's and a 1280 from a Mac G4, no problems at all.

You can even print with 2 printers at once, if they are different models.

I have run both on the same 1160 with a PC -- No problems. (Interchanging
inks is a bit of a hassle, of course.)

Oh yes - make sure they are different USB ports (at the computer). Will make
life a lot easier, I believe.

Thanks Paul. I think I'll give these a try. I'm a loyal Piezo user, but
230USD as opposed to around 50USD for a set of inks!!!!!
