Dear all, My 3800 is in desparate need for a windex treatment. However, I'm not able to figure out how to release the print head. I assume I must overlook some lever but I can't find it. Any suggestions? Joost

The PH release is not accessible without taking the right side cover off You can release the print head by turning on printer when PH starts to move off cap station unplug the power cord from back of printer Joe [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]

There might be a better or more correct way but I pull the plug when the head is moving. Gary Wagner garywagner.com
