I assume that it has to do with AC/DC coupling of the audio in/outputs. It is important to know if you use the old version of A-131 (with CEM3382) or the new one (with CA3080). The old versions of A-130/A-131 had AC coupled in/outputs as this was a precondition of the CEM3382. In this case no clicks should occur as the A-131 does the AC coupling even if the source output is DC coupled. The new version of the A-130/A-131 have DC coupled in/outputs to be able to process even control voltages. In this case a clicks will occur if the audio source output is DC coupled and has a DC offset. A simple capacitor should solve the problem.
