This is handy, but a typical DIY project I think. Make yourself a faderbox, or saw the faderpart of an obsolete mixer. I would solder pieces of 1 meter wire direct to the faders and then a plug to the other end, that will save on plugs and connectors (on the mixer), you never will unplug !
