I'm not sure that I understand the functions of the
A-152 and I'm not sure I understand Anton's
explanation, but based on previous exchanges with him
I would say that what we are looking for is

a Quantizer that lets you take a separate quantized
voltage out for each note AND a separate gate
for each note.  These could be selected by a
simple switch for each note.

So that when the pre-quantized voltage hit
a particular range it would allow a control voltage
at the separate output and
it would cause a gate at the specific gate
output.

Breaking them out separately would allow selective
mixing with other modules.
And it would allow triggering an event when a
particular note hit.
And it would allow selection of a particular
scale just by flipping individual switches
for the specific notes of that scale.
