Does the sound disappear, if you remove the connection of from then 
SH-101 Gate-Out to A-100 Gate In.

It would be very good, If you would describe your patch in detail.

Hmm, how do you sync the SH-101 to the TR606. The only supported way 
would be, to connect LT or HT trigger out to the clock-in of the SH-101 
and then programm 16 beats of the corresponding tom per bar.
