The standard wah-wahs I know are not able to send a CV as the potentiometer operated by the foot is part of the filter circuit. You will have to modify the wah-wah, e.g. a three-terminal switch that disconnects the three potentiometer terminals from the filter circuit and uses the potentiometer for CV generation. According to the wah-wah circuit even a two-terminal or even single-terminal switch maybe sufficient to switch between wah-wah and CV mode. In any case a bit electronic experience is necessary.
