Ive been very impressed (not to mention almost a little supprised : ) with 
the help youve given me in the past.  Yes, i do think its more than (a lot 
of) other companies do.

I wanted to thank you once again for helping out the diy side of things!  I 
realise it dosnt directly earn you money, so im very gratefull, and wanted 
to make it clear that it dosnt go unnoticed!

(another example, recently was the information on proma - im sure most other 
companies would be very cagey about this.  oh, and the free pcb give away of 
no so long ago too...)
