just pm'd you about the screen printing


would anyone else be interested?  it isnt cheap, but its somthing ive been looking into - if i can get enough pannels on the one screen it *may* be feasible.


as for lasertran - 

its a specialy coated paper that you print onto with an inkjet (or, i hear better, a laser printer)
you then slide off the coating, rather like those water transfers you used to get free in cerial boxs as a kid
once the transfer is on the metal, i think you can bake or varnish or somthing.

but google for lasertran transfer and you should get the info you need.
