Doepfer

I have a Quad ADSR that I have had for a month now and only got around 
to playing with it seriously today.

To be honest I know synthesis quite well, but found this to be quite 
confusing, also for the fact that I couldn't get it to work ( never had 
an ADSR in modular form before) the main reason was that I am using the 
pdf manual and didnt realise the layout has changed. In the manual the 
Gate is the first input, but on mine it is the 5th input?

Any reason for the change?
