  particular pages and post them? The manual says that the patches start somewhere 
  around page 80. 
  It seems like the book is no longer available from the publisher so perhaps this isn't unfair 
  to anybody. I would be more than happy to buy the book but I only see used copies 
  available for around $200 and I think thats ludicrous.
  It would even be cool if anyone could transcribe the patches and just post them here as 
  ideas.
